We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility:

•  Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

•  Sale or clearance items are final sale and non-returnable unless defective.

•  Personalized or custom items are non-returnable.

•  Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Return:

1.  Contact us at [your email] within 30 days to request a return authorization.

2.  Ship the item back to us at your expense (we recommend tracking).

3.  Once received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Refunds: Refunds will exclude original shipping costs. Return shipping is non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Exchanges: We will ship the replacement item once the return is received.

Damaged or Defective Items: Contact us immediately with photos for a free return label and full refund/replacement.
